This was a really good class but as someone who doesn’t have much strength it was very challenging. I would say it’s not super beginner friendly but definitely a good class to challenge yourself and the instructor was great. She saw me struggling a few times and came over to correct my form without being mean about it. Highly recommend but I think I will build my strength more before attending again just so I can show up to the best of my ability.

Sorry to sound like a Boomer but literally, is nothing sacred anymore?!? I come to yoga to be present with my breath + body, and get a break from screens. Strong preference for studios with a no phones policy. Besides that: Natalie is such a great instructor, I loved this flow! I also appreciated that the room was warm but not too hot.
