    Awesome sweaty workout. As it was a small class Mickie tailored the class to my injuries. Mickie gave very clear cues so I could activate the right muscles to get good technique . Would definitely be back if the studio ran more intermediate/ advanced classes with Mickie in the 5:30/6pm time slot
