I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this class. Chris creates a very mindful practice, connected to breath and intention. The 40-minute asana portion was more difficult than expected, mostly because of the strength needed to hold each posture. And 20-ish minutes for more stillness and meditative practice was a lovely way to start the day. I'll be back.Big River Yoga is a locally owned yoga studio offering yoga classes for all levels.
