    Total Body Circuit 50/10

Anwar is probably the best instructor Ive ever taken a class from. The circuits are really well designed, and he takes so much care to offer modifications (without any sort of judgment). He also pays a LOT of attention to individualshell always correct your form, though never aggressively, and if he sees that something is too easy or hard for you, hell come over and place some extra weight on you or offer encouragement/modification (whichever is needed). 10/10 take his classyou wont regret it.

The instructor was so great! I told her I was interested in checking out CrossFit, and since it was just me and one other regular, she threw out the planned class and had us do the workout of the day (with a warmup and ab work). The WOD was a 5k on the erg, and she checked in with us the whole time, offering encouragement and ensuring our form styled good. Not an amenities-driven studio, just a good workout!

This class was great. Better than expected. The instructor did a really good job of making it challenging and hard enough to feel like you got a solid workout. He also did a great job of facilitating a team atmosphere through intros, high fives, etc. The only thing I’d change is the keeping the set up more succinct and eliminating the part where we jog in place or do jumping jacks when learning the stations. I’d rather just be able to pay full attention.

Very welcoming to newcomers! The instructor learned everyones name and gave lots of encouragement and helpful feedback on form. The first 15-20 minutes were more general HIIT stuff (lunges, crunches, etc), and the rest was kickboxing training with a partner. Definitely a real workout!
