Nicole’s exercises are so well thought out. She’s so cerebral and efficient about them. I love that. She also offers corrections to support better form. Can’t wait to come back soon. We were rocking out to cowboy Carter. Wahoo.

One of the BEST sweats I’ve ever had at Y7! You can tell that Jacob is very intentional in how he chooses to lead the class. The music was perfect and the burst of the fan at the end of class was chefs kiss. Thank you Jacob, this class was amazing.

Megan has the best flows: it’s impossible to go on autopilot because if you make an assumption as to what will be next you may be incorrect! You can’t help but be super focused and in the present.

    Vinyasa Hour

Why was this such a perfect class 😭 everything from timing/organization to the poses to the poem at the end. Not one of those classes where you’re tired and bored from doing the same vinyasa repeatedly. Instead I feel in touch with my body, emotions, and breath. Thank you Jenn!

    Open Level Reformer

This was my first time doing Pilates. The class was small, intimate so the instructor was able to make adjustments to our form when needed. Sierra is so knowledgeable about the body and various muscles groups - I learned a ton in the class! I will definitely come again.

    Bars And Kettlebells

No guidance as you walk into the unmarked door, however everyone is very friendly inside. Not a typical NYC corporate gym which I know is not for everyone but great workout, no shortcuts or fancy stuff. Just plain old hard work. Instruction was adequate, music was good and people friendly. Really solid spot.

This class is a great workout. I’d say you need to be in semi-decent shape for this one. Definitely kicked my butt. I’ll be sore tomorrow for sure.

    SLT - All Levels

Emily is excellent, but SLT is far too stingy with their ClassPass reservations. I have been in so many classes with in excess of five empty reformers, all while it’s near impossible to book them through ClassPass. I get ClassPass is a worse deal for studios than if I book directly, but isn’t it ultimately better for all involved to have more students taking these classes rather than leaving ClassPass subscribers feeling like second class citizens?
