    Beautiful studio, attentive instructor, modifications for every step to make it more or less challenging, and the humming of the room was surprisingly good! You don't notice it at all when focused on the practice and it actually helps to focus you on what you're doing. Will be back!

    An Indulgent Treat! I’ve been coming to the Orchard on and off for about a year now (mainly due to the experience being a little pricey) but after every session I really notice the difference infrared has made to my skin and my overall well-being. I always leave feeling very zen, having sweated our all the toxins / stress from the day and weeks prior. The rooms are peaceful, private and dark, save for a calming salt lamp. My last session I was also treated to H2 therapy as well. I have read this can be beneficial for those who suffer from various illnesses and muscle stresses, and is a great antioxidant for all. I didn’t notice too much of a change during/after my treatment but would assume this is something that you benefit from over time. My only suggestion is that the ClassPass price is probably too high for most people to be able to afford to try out this unique studio. Very exciting watching this little studio grow into itself. Hopefully I can save up and come back soon...
