Actual workout was about 10 mins and the rest of the time was spent on teaching us the correct form of doing the various exercises which was very helpful and important. You may find that you have been doing squats wrongly! Leonard is also very encouraging and makes sure to correct you. Class is beginner friendly! Arrive earlier to fill in a registration form.
