    [HOT Program] Jump Fit Boots Workout {Beginner}

    What a blast! The instructor Jeslyn was simply radiating energy and warmth for all present, especially first-timers like myself. It's somewhat disconcerting to try to stand and walk with these funky boots the first time, but Jeslyn lent a firm and reassuring hand to each and every newbie, allowing them to find their balance! The routines were simple and clearly demonstrated at the beginning of each set, so it was a breeze to follow even for those with 2 left feet. Simpler/lower impact options were provided for those with injuries or simply not on form that day - great that everyone stayed safe while having fun! It was quite impressive that Jeslyn bounded around and wove btw wobbly ppl with her eagle eye to correct forms - an impt touch oft overlooked in such group classes. Altho the class was indeed suitable for beginners, it still provided a great workout, good sweat, most imptly, straight-up fun! :D

    Learnt a lot in this class!! Actual workout was about 10 mins and the rest of the time was spent on teaching us the correct form of doing the various exercises which was very helpful and important. You may find that you have been doing squats wrongly! Leonard is also very encouraging and makes sure to correct you. Class is beginner friendly! Arrive earlier to fill in a registration form.
