    A great first experience. I feel like I got a great workout. Lots of different weights for beginners or experienced. The atmosphere was welcoming and I didn’t feel like I “stood out” in class like I have felt attending other classes. I got pointers when needed and did my own thing with the workout laid out for class.

    Yoga Body Sculpt

    The instructor was nice. I’d recommend this class for beginners but if you’re experienced you may want to stick with a studio. Minus a star for the dust bunnies floating all around the floor.

    I took the 9am Pound class with Jessica and the following 30min strength/ HiiT style class. I love pound, it’s such a great cardio workout that has you going so so many squats and lunges without thinking about it too much (you feel it later) also the fact that you get to hit things as hard as you like without going to jail is a nice bonus… lol
