    Like a CrossFit workout but more gentle and accessible. Not once did I feel like I couldn’t keep up or feel pushed to work beyond my ability. Janet suggested modifications so everyone could engage with all the stations. I also just LOVED looking around and seeing women from their 20’s to their 60’s all working out together.
