Brittany is great. MOB cycle is... A LOT. It’s definitely not the place (in my opinion) for a first time cycler. That said, Brittany is a great instructor for a first time MOB Cycler! I actually bike on the road, and I’ve had MOB instructors that have nearly made me pass out (no question that it’s a great workout!) But Brittany’s classes are approachable, and I’d recommend any class passer interested in exploring MOB to take her class!!

The first half of the class felt somewhat disjointed and the postures felt strange because they are not what you do in a typical vinyasa class. I recognize this isn't an vinyasa class and I'm glad I keep an open mind because the energy work in the second half was very powerful and made up for the lack of flow. Very positive intention and guidance.

KETTLEBELL BURN - SMALL GROUP PT

Ok all the hype about Tracy is totally accurate. She is so welcoming, and her enthusiasm is off the charts. Good class, not as hard as I'd feared based on reviews. I'll definitely go back!

Anne is so wonderful! She always has new poses to try and goes the extra mile to make sure everyone is comfortable. Her aromatherapy at the end of class is very much appreciated. Ive been coming for a few months now and love this as part of my weekly routine.

This class was so much fun. I wore a low heel with an ankle strap and it was good for my first class. If you like to learn dance choreography, this is a great place to do it. Paula was really nice and enthusiastic. She came and introduced herself after class and I appreciated it. Now maybe to go to the Vogue class...

Great flow! I’ve taken this class from a couple instructors here and depending on who is teaching it or when, it may feel more restorative or more energized. Either way, the place is a hidden jem and I’ll be coming back.

    The Foundation

Like a CrossFit workout but more gentle and accessible. Not once did I feel like I couldn’t keep up or feel pushed to work beyond my ability. Janet suggested modifications so everyone could engage with all the stations. I also just LOVED looking around and seeing women from their 20’s to their 60’s all working out together.
