    Heather is great, but I notice she cycles starting with her right foot first for the class whereas all the other instructors start with the left foot to songs. Also Heather’s class seems to be a bit more intermediate than other instructors who I’d say instruct at a more advance-paced. Just some things I noticed (:

    This was a fun, high energy class. It was my second time at the studio and the staff were great. They made me feel welcome and were available in case I had questions or needed any help. I am very appreciative of the 5:30am start time - I have to be at work at 7:00am and I absolutely love working out before - it is difficult to find a class that fits my schedule. I will definitely be back.

    I love the small class size and friendly instructor! This spin class is easy to follow, accessible for beginners, and provides just the right amount of positive encouragement (without feeling singled out or overly competitive). If you give them your email address they even email you your workout summary which shows how many calories you burned, how far you biked, etc (it's linked to the specific bike you ride on) -- awesome!

    Jess is always so energetic and encouraging. Great for all fitness levels. Class sizes are small (~1-6) so perfect for motivation but more 1:1 attention and explanation when needed. While the structure is consistent the exercises and workouts change per class, always bringing something new and exciting to look forward to. Highly recommend.
