Brittany is great. MOB cycle is... A LOT. It’s definitely not the place (in my opinion) for a first time cycler. That said, Brittany is a great instructor for a first time MOB Cycler! I actually bike on the road, and I’ve had MOB instructors that have nearly made me pass out (no question that it’s a great workout!) But Brittany’s classes are approachable, and I’d recommend any class passer interested in exploring MOB to take her class!!

Glad to see Jenna back! Will ride with her for the rest of the year. Clear instructions, helpful tips about body postures, highly organized class. Jenna is also very friendly and patient with new students and make them feel welcomed.

I've taken spin classes before, even classes at BurnCycle but I have to say this was the most fun I have ever had in a spin class! The instructor was so fun and high energy. I will be back!

Amazing class and Studio!! The instructor and receptionist were so welcoming and helpful. The studio is really clean and they have towels, water, and storage space for your belongings. Keelie helped me set up my bike and explained everything which was really helpful since it's been years since I took a spin class. If I lived in the area, I'd definitely be a regular at the studio!

POWER HOUR: 60-min Full Body BurnCycle

LOVED Alex so much. Extremely inspiring, motivational, and guides a mean workout. Loved his energy and choreo. I will be back to this class! The hour went by so quick.

Lauren is awesome!! The class may only be 30 minutes, but it’s 30 solid minutes spent kicking your booty! Highly recommend, especially if you’re in a time crunch but still want an amazing workout!

Less cardio focused than some other barre classes but I was sore in the best way afterward. I liked that Olga called participants by name when suggesting modifications and corrections but some might feel intimidated.

Nice space, very friendly staff, and different (I think better) bikes than I've seen anywhere else in town. Definitely the most structured spin class I've been to. Only real complaint was bad music (mostly funk, I prefer something heavier to keep me pushing), but that's just a personal preference.

    Riders Bootcamp

This was my first experience with a spin class of any sort, and it was a awesome!!! I love that the class size was small, the workout was exactly the right level of intensity, and the alternating between boot camp and spin kept me pushing myself all the way to the end. Traci is super positive and great with injury mods.

Great class! The class regulars were very welcoming and helpful in getting me set up. They even told me about other classes to check out, the variety in schedule and other meet ups outside of the training center.
