    Kelly was amazing. I have an injury and she spoke to me about it prior to class and told me modifications I could use for certain holds and movements during class. Very accommodating. And I still managed to burn lots of calories even with modifications.

    Have had a few different instructors at this location and have loved them all. This class was killer in the best way. I moved here recently and have found the classes at this location to be better (more challenging and more varied) than where I moved from.

    Kelli is hands down the hardest teacher at Barre3! In a good way though- you feel challenged in her workouts- leaving sore and drenched in sweat. She's also super sweet, welcoming, and provides lots of modifications. Highly recommend her class if you need a great workout!!

    Alyssa is highly skilled and strong woman- she can sculpt your body safely and so skillfully - my only complaint, less quads more hamstring work! Come on barre3, you know that hamstring strength is imperative for knee health!

    Great class! Only thing I didn't like was that the teacher didn't explain when she was building onto a move (adding arms or a leg lift, etc), so you had to constantly watch her to make sure you were doing the right moves. Otherwise great workout and nice teacher!

    Great class! Made me sweat and got those muscle shakes too. Really sweet teacher, very welcoming and provided corrections if you weren't doing it right! I still prefer Barre3, but this is an awesome alternative with the studio visit limitation.

    I've never done Barre before and this is now my new favorite work out class. It was just the right amount of challenge. I've never felt my muscle burn so much (in a good way). Britany is also a great instructor. Very encouraging and pushes you to give it your all.

    Love Barre3, I usually go to Cedar Mill or Pearl and this is my first time at Orenco. The studio is smaller but so was the class, which was nice for individual instruction. Really clean, bright, and great music! The only suggestion I have is to coordinate the movements more to the beat of the music. I guess I’m more particular about that than most people!
