see all reviewsIf you’re looking for a good challenge, Dan’s class is one of the best. While it may seem like an advanced class he does a wonderful job at queuing transitions while encouraging you to take what you need. Expect a lot of core cultivation and pushing your body while also finding a balance between what you expect and what your body asks of you at the moment. I do have to add if you decide to take a class with any of the instructors at Yogahome and I can tell you you’re going to find a unique and challenging experience with each. Definitely recommend going to any of the classes.
