    Power Flow (60 Min)

Good instructor. Room was tight. I wish instructor would tell people they could spread out a bit once class starts. There was an open space next to the person besides me. Room is a bit too warm for me. Although not Bikram hot.

BUNS & GUNS Sculpt Full Body

I loved the instructor's teaching style; really good ques on proper form, plus body and spring variations to make each movement easier or more difficult. She also demonstrated throughout the workout and in different locations in the room so everyone could see.

    REVOLUTIONS - COMMUNITY CLASS

Ankit was great! I enjoyed being a part of his first class at Uforia and loved his chill but energetic vibes (not screamy, aggressive or boring, dead) and especially loved his dance moves on the floor! He was silly and encouraging and really fun to be part of his class! I’d take his class again!

    Team Conditioning (Open to All)

Took my 1st class here and it was a fun class! As others commented, you can sense there’s camaraderie b/w coaches and members and all were welcoming. I’m currently with another studio doing HIIT workouts but I came here solely for Team Conditioning to get a good mix of rowing and ski erg along with HIIT workouts. My takeaway is for those that are new to HIIT workouts, it may be better to join the Wed Conditioning class since the Sat one is literally a “team”workout where you’re divided into a team and compete. And all present were competitive!

Hard workout, easy for inexperienced athletes to pick up the movements. But, the pace may be what's difficult for you, if you don't work out regularly or are new to working out.

    Gym Time

Love this gym. The space is not only big, it's wide, so it's easy to space out, find a spot somewhere to workout where you're not seen or in someone else's space the entire time, and just feel secluded. In a good way. The lights are dim and calming, in my opinion. I prefer this gym over Union St. or Chestnut, which are smaller and everyone can watch you workout. I'm usually in and out of those locations, while this one makes you feel comfortable to stay a while.

    *NEW* Beach Body

I really enjoyed this class. I liked how the instructor let us modify her exercises. She made us work on a little bit of everything. The ab exercises were the best and where I need the motivation in. I would definitely return!

Theyve changed the class. It used to be run by Aleks, but now theyve combined it with the normal CrossFit class and pushed it 30 mins earlier. Attendance has dwindled. I miss Aleks but thankfully the gym owner who runs the combined class is still great. Ive only done one of the new format classes so far, so dont take my opinion as gospel yet, but so far, its still a rockin class! Bootcamp-style weightlifting class with lots of cardio.
