    CARDIO SCULPT Full Body

    True to its word, this was a great cardio class and really worked up a good sweat!! If you want to increase your heart rate and burn some calories this is it. Not the usual slow movement class. Air lunge squats, bench press, burpees, mountain climbers....all the good stuff!
