Tristian really walks you through everything perfectly. If you are nervous about trying yoga or a new class, look for Tristian’s name and sign up for his class- he will take great care of you!

see all reviewsFirst thing - the class was great, but what was even better was the community of people at the class who helped me when I fainted!! I have a short history of fainting from low blood pressure, and during a hot yoga class I stood up too quick and fainted. Although I scared the class, they all turned to help me immediately and were sure to get me what I needed to cool down and feel better. So much kindness from the staff and the other attendees. Thank you!!

see all reviewsThis class was da bomb. Sooo good. Weight training, cardio sculpting and yoga/pilates all in one in a mildly heated 88 degree room. Sweated to the pointed of dripping, clothes and hair were soaked. This 45 min workout made my entire day!
