see all reviewsI was not expecting it to be that hot. I have done plenty of hot yoga in my life, but I have never sweated that much in my entire life. It was so uncomfortable and gross, and I LOVED it, although I probably shouldn’t go on a day before a long run again. A bit dehydrated 🤣

see all reviewsThis was the best class I’ve been to in a while. The flow was amazing the playlist went with the flow perfectly and was soooo good! And the energy the instructor brought made it so fun! I was smiling so much and also releasing sooo much tension that I had a good cry during savasana.
