see all reviewsNatalia is a very kind and thoughtful instructor. She assists with corrections so you’re using the right muscles and protecting baby and the abdominal area. She instructs stretches to help with common back pains in pregnancy. The location for the outdoor class is beautiful, right beside the marina where boats are coming and going. Make sure you take extra time to arrive at your first class to find the location.

It was a social class where people were willing to get to know each other a bit which I personally find that doesn’t often happen! Kelly was graceful, insightful and wise, offering a teaching about the Kundalini yoga. Will definitely be coming back 🙏
