It was great for beginners and intermediate levels. The instructor gave amazing feedback to every single person. I wish all instructors cared as much as she does! Really was an amazing experience and a beautiful studio.

My friend Amy and I were the only newcomers in a class of regulars and I can totally see why! The instructor even massaged our feel with essential oils at the end of class (totally optional). Just what I needed!
