    Really like this gym and their bootcamp classes but wish they would adjust class descriptions (and points per class) to reflect the different class lengths. Some classes are 30 minutes and some are 45.

    Upbeat class and down-to-earth “coach”. For my first time doing CrossFit, I very much enjoyed it! The regulars in the class are friendly, and will help and motivate you. Plenty of equipment to modify your workout as needed. Would definitely recommend. Make sure to come energized and prepared to sweat!
