    I really like this studio and prefer to come here over Soul/Fly when im in town- this studio is beautiful, the staff is welcoming/helpful. HOWEVER- not sure if it’s the instructors ive taken or the general format but classes definitely skew on the fast side. Personally I’d prefer more than one hill (and I don’t consider a mid-70s BPM a hill) for a better mix and more accessibility for riders (only a handful of whom in each class I took cold keep up with the beats and added choreo)

    Liz is an excellent instructor. Really hands-on, focused on alignment and gives cues that just make you go ah ha, I know what shes talking about. Sequencing is always a little different, which I appreciate as well. Classes do tend to be a little lower energy, so I dont quite work up the same sweat I do with other instructors, but I attend her classes because I really think she helps further my practice.

    Really fun class! Had a blast moving and being challenged with the choreo. Pretty technical class that gives you a taste of different Latin and hip-hop dance styles. Choreography was more dance-like with repetitions in moves, but many sequence changes, which is good brain exercising too :) All in all, would recommend if you want to move your body, learn some cool dance moves, and get your sweat on.
