Extremely fast paced and intense yet you’re able to make adjustments to make things work for you. Jeremy was very welcoming and good at giving me pointers and Leah, who was training to work there, was an awesome, helpful workout buddy. It was my first time at a cross fit gym but not my first time working out, so I really appreciate the correction in my form/technique because I had no idea I’d been doing squats wrong forever lol. The people at the gym were super nice as well. I could tell by the way they pushed each other that this gym is like a small family and everyone wants to see everyone succeed and hit their goals.
