Going into it, I didn’t know what to expect bc I’m not a Pilates type of person but I was blown away with all the different moves that target different muscle groups that we don’t use in day to day or general HIIT workouts . Harrison is amazing and explains each move very well! His playlist was also 🔥❤️🔥.. deff recommend !!

Natasha was warm and guided my friend and I throughout the entire class, also going around correcting form if needed. The class is pretty organized and easy to follow after awhile. It was a solid workout! I’ll be back for round two!
