see all reviewsLet me start by saying that I am NOT a hot yoga fan and this was a very hot class, that said Larissa is an excellent instructor. I appreciated her no-nonsense calm and soothing voice - it made me feel like I could hold the pose.. clear cues.. definitely will take her class again!

It’s doable but still tough enough to hit the right muscle groups and It felt like I did something painful to my body for sure. I’ve been trying classes for years now and now I feel like I can do this consistently enough. Thanks Alex!

Natasha was warm and guided my friend and I throughout the entire class, also going around correcting form if needed. The class is pretty organized and easy to follow after awhile. It was a solid workout! I’ll be back for round two!

see all reviewsThis was a different type of class, using a roller to roll out legs, hips, shoulders. It also has strength poses like straight arm and forearm plank on the roller and a lot of core work. I really liked it. It's a great way to open up hips and shoulders as a complement to yoga /Pilates /barre. I'll definitely be going back.
