    Had a killer full body workout. I arrived 20 min early to check in, it was the first time taking the class. Got a chance to meet some of the staff, everyone was great, really down to earth. Alex was superb, motivational, personable, and helpful. He helped me correct my form when needed. We ran 1 minute circuits which I soon realized were usually 45 sec but accidentally signed up for the wrong day. To my advantage, it gave me a few more secs during the circuits to focus on form, so I'm not mad about it. Would return, great gym, great energy, felt challenged.

    First time attending this gym. Great staff overall. As everyone's mentioned, Piper is excellent. I arrived 20 minutes earlier and had a thorough walk through from Piper on expectations. She also kept an eye on me as a fist timer to assure I was staying on course and received the help I needed. Honestly loved every bit of it.
