    Really liked how the class hit all my muscles. Every time I thought something was easy, I would make a small adjustment based on the instructors feedback and would instantly feel the burn. As someone who is recovering from a strained arch in their foot, I found the class challenging, and a great low impact, ankle stabilizing / strengthening class.
