    Tai Chi class

    As a beginner, I appreciated the way our instructor guided us through the various postures and movements with clear descriptions and helpful demonstrations. The class was held in a very large and bright room that is usually used for other martial art practices, so it was interesting to see the various equipment stored neatly on the walls and sides of the work space. I would highly recommend this class to anyone looking to find a way to relax your mind in order to find more focus in your daily life. I am looking forward to future classes so I can learn just a little bit more each time! It will be a long process, but i know the results will come if I keep up my practice.
