see all reviewsThe instructor has a beautiful way of combining your flow with dance - the flow was tough on my body but easy on my mind. The music was fabulous and the dim lighting was perfect for the introvert in me. This class will make you sweat but will not push you to crazy limits. Suitable for a beginner which I consider myself to be! Studio is in office building basement follow the signage!

see all reviewsReally nice! I wouldn’t classify this as pilates, but the workout was great and the environment created by the instructor and the other attendees was welcoming. We used small weights and some other equipment and did variations mat exercises for ~20 seconds each. The room was hot but not stuffy, and the cool towel at the end was the cherry on top!
