I've learned more about yoga poses in this class than in 75 minute classes elsewhere. If I don't get a pose, a word to Erin is all that is needed and she comes over to help assist.

I would recommend at least a low-level of fitness although not a MUST. (There's lots of stair climbing, jumping, and burpees).
