    This class was intense, but it went by quickly due to the focus that’s necessary throughout each of the components. The sequence started with abs, then legs, obliques, and arms. As someone who likes cardio, I found the emphasis on core strength and slow movement difficult and machine challenging, but Bri was helpful, and the class was ultimately rewarding.

    Wow, 2 days later and my abs and glutes are STILL sore! I'm typically not a fan of Pilates but really did enjoy the class. I appreciated that Rachel and the receptionist were super welcoming to me as a first timer. The part with the obliques was super challenging but worth it! Thank you!!!

    Off Peak - Full Body

    Great class, friendly teacher and pretty easy to follow. The cans size allowed for personal attention. [solidcore] is more core based than other Megaformer classes. It would be great if they had a 30 minute version that focused just in abs. You can get rather tired doing arms and legs as well as abs.

    Stephanie was a really great instructor and I love the small class sizes at this studio! I've done a lot of reformer pilates classes but Stephanie was still able to really challenge and help me push myself to get an amazing workout. Every time she made minor tweaks to my form I could feel the intensity go up immediately and that light bulb going off like ohhhh that's what this is supposed to feel like. She also was good at calling out common mistakes so you can't cheat yourself out of a good workout :) all around fantastic I am definitely coming back!
