As advertised, 30mins cardio, 30mins strength, 15mins yoga. I've done orange theory, Ripped, and this. All very similar, but I like unite the best. You have he option of treadmill, bike or rower for cardio and they do a good mix of sprinting, climbing, resting. Very upbeat instructor

Great workout, challenging but effective. Brandon is a great instructor, although it is a large room, Brandon visited with everybody and made sure everyone is doing well. My advice to someone taking that class to grab a bag close to instructor/monitor, so you can stay engaged and look at the monitor to make sure you are doing the right combination.

My first class with Jordan and she was great, like all Barre3 teachers. Her Chas was much more cardio and burned over 400 calories in 50 minutes. She had a 10 minute stretching section that was great and I didn’t mind that it was longer than most since we got such a good workout in beforehand. She has a soothing voice and does a lot of corrections so everyone received attention. I highly recommend Jordan’s class!

Tiffany is one of the best spin instructors Ive ever been to. Sadly, I have very different taste in music, but I imagine many will love her hip hop (today featured the Black Panther soundtrack). Shes unapologetic about playing explicit lyrics and cursing throughout class, which I love. Shes also focused on form, great at coaching you to proper corrections. And she doesnt hyper focus on the numbers - she starts the ride helping you find your flat road, which is a different number for everyone. And everything the remainder of class is 2 above flat, 4 above flat, etc, rather than pushing everyone into the same range. Youll be doing a lot of hills, high powers, high speed. But her routines work with the music. Theres a lot of variety - jumps, races, etc. and shes super encouraging. Great workout. Good space - black lights, new bikes. And very Sunday she does a class that collects donations for a charity.

I really liked the combination of a regular yoga practice followed by the restorative practice, it was a really great, relaxing class on a Tuesday night. However, the regular practice felt a little too simplistic, and the instructor include some pop music in the playlist. I don't know if this should be a 6 credit on ClassPass, that's not really fair, but I'm so glad I tried it. It was about 25 minutes of core (& you will be sore) and 25 minutes of varied stretching, flexibility, foam rolling, etc. I would highly recommend to any runners, soccer/basketball/lax players, etc. It is NOT Pilates. Don't go expecting that. Hopefully places offering these flexibility classes will price them more appropriately as they catch on. Very different than other barre classes I’ve taken - in a good way! There were some actual dance moves thrown in (not complicated at all) that got your heart rate up but were also fun. Only note is don’t get there 15 min early for an early am class - everyone else won’t be there until about 5 min before.

This class was awesome. Body weight tabata style Pilates in a heated room. This was so much harder than I anticipated and I loved it. At the end they hand out cool lavender towels and it is just delightful. If you like to challenge yourself try this class, and get ready to sweat!

Awesome, my new favorite place! Honestly, I do not understand anyone who would give less than 5 stars rating to this gym. My workout was challenging, individualized and well observed by an instructor. Pete is obviously very knowledgeable, he even invited me to stay for roller tender point release type of class gratis. I will definitely come back.

Matt has a great teaching style that describes the postures very technically so you can make adjustments. He also took requests for areas to work on, which is appreciated. I enjoyed his class. That said, this studio needs to get it together. This is the second time I've arrived for a morning class and everyone, including employees, were locked out because no one had keys. We had to wait in the random business lobby, which doesn't start off the morning off in a very zen mood.

Great workout! Its a challenge and includes a lot of both strength and cardio training. Be prepared to break a sweat. (Also, the instructor brought a dog to class and I LOVE dogs, so thanks for the joy).
