    Fly 45

Super motivating. Lots of time on lower torque levels (17-20) at a steady fast pace, with a few sprints. Then a good chunk of time on hills, but again at a moderate pace. So at the end I didn't feel as though I worked as hard (not out of breath much), but I still hit my typical overall power number.

As advertised, 30mins cardio, 30mins strength, 15mins yoga. I've done orange theory, Ripped, and this. All very similar, but I like unite the best. You have he option of treadmill, bike or rower for cardio and they do a good mix of sprinting, climbing, resting. Very upbeat instructor

Great workout, challenging but effective. Brandon is a great instructor, although it is a large room, Brandon visited with everybody and made sure everyone is doing well. My advice to someone taking that class to grab a bag close to instructor/monitor, so you can stay engaged and look at the monitor to make sure you are doing the right combination.

I usually love this place! It was mostly great, but I brought my boyfriend for the first time. He has bad knees and the instructor had him doing all upper body work. I’m a personal trainer who specializes in injury... there are still a ton of options for people with injuries that allow them to work every muscle group. Was a little annoyed, but I understand that people who don’t frequently work with injuries and unaware of how to work around them.

Love the workouts here, and Tessa is one of my favorite instructors. She's really upbeat and motivating and is great about correcting form. This class was intense, but it went by quickly due to the focus that’s necessary throughout each of the components. The sequence started with abs, then legs, obliques, and arms. As someone who likes cardio, I found the emphasis on core strength and slow movement difficult and machine challenging, but Bri was helpful, and the class was ultimately rewarding.

Tiffany is one of the best spin instructors Ive ever been to. Sadly, I have very different taste in music, but I imagine many will love her hip hop (today featured the Black Panther soundtrack). Shes unapologetic about playing explicit lyrics and cursing throughout class, which I love. Shes also focused on form, great at coaching you to proper corrections. And she doesnt hyper focus on the numbers - she starts the ride helping you find your flat road, which is a different number for everyone. And everything the remainder of class is 2 above flat, 4 above flat, etc, rather than pushing everyone into the same range. Youll be doing a lot of hills, high powers, high speed. But her routines work with the music. Theres a lot of variety - jumps, races, etc. and shes super encouraging. Great workout. Good space - black lights, new bikes. And very Sunday she does a class that collects donations for a charity.

Matt has a great teaching style that describes the postures very technically so you can make adjustments. He also took requests for areas to work on, which is appreciated. I enjoyed his class. That said, this studio needs to get it together. This is the second time I've arrived for a morning class and everyone, including employees, were locked out because no one had keys. We had to wait in the random business lobby, which doesn't start off the morning off in a very zen mood.

Very different than other barre classes I’ve taken - in a good way! There were some actual dance moves thrown in (not complicated at all) that got your heart rate up but were also fun. Only note is don’t get there 15 min early for an early am class - everyone else won’t be there until about 5 min before.

Love the format of this class. We use weights and various cardio equipment. Workouts seem easy on paper and then by minute 4, you realize how much theyre kicking your butt. Emily is encouraging, down to earth, and really nice.
