see all reviewsChristina, the instructor, was so sweet, nice, and kind. She made sure to ask if I had any problem areas or injuries I was working through before starting. She was very welcoming. She was great about correcting form in class so that we don’t injure ourselves. This was beginner friendly but she did suggest I start with the functional classes first which I completely agree with as this was my first barre class. It was a great workout, all my muscles burned and I was sore the next day.
