    Ben was great as the instructor for my class, form corrections is what I am looking to work on and he helped even on my first day. The members were so welcoming, shoutout to Dawn for pushing to 75lbs with me, unintentionally. 😎Great open space and weight selection. I will be back for a Kettlebell class next week!
