    Great full body workout. Albert and Mark were friendly and helpful with guidance on form. It was a small class of 6 rotating through several stations AMRAP. Will return! Wish there was time for a warm up/ cool down or stretch. Parking was convenient. A little cold in the studio at first but you warm up fast!
