    Great full body workout. Albert and Mark were friendly and helpful with guidance on form. It was a small class of 6 rotating through several stations AMRAP. Will return!     Greg was a wonderful instructor and taught me a whole bunch of moves/techniques. It ended up accidentally being a 1-on-1 class, which was quite nice as well. He had me practice pushing away as well as kicking and hitting timed 30-60 sec spurts to see how I used multiple moves in one go. Super supportive and very intelligent. 10/10 would recommend. This is only my 1st time, but when I have more time I will go back and or try to find a multiple day class to attend.
