    Nice mix of moves so that class went quickly and wasn’t boring - liked that there was some cardio added in with some legs and arms, made for a good full body workout not just solely core for 50 min. Good variations for all levels

    It was really hard! I’ve only done one other barre class before a few years ago and it was also hard then. I appreciated how empathetic Emily was and she came over multiple times to help correct my posture or give me tips. Lots of fun I would definitely go back and recommend others to give it a try. Low impact high burn :)
