see all reviewsKelsey was awesome!!! loved her!!! i’ve never tried a curved treadmill before so it took some getting used to. for the first 5 mins i had to grip the sides because i literally felt like i was going to fall. also idk if it’s because i’ve never used a curved treadmill before or because i’m getting older but my hip HURTS so bad this morning!! i did enjoy the class so i’ll be back again!

see all reviewsI really enjoy this class, Stacy was great and explained everything very well even though I don’t have a ton of reformer experience. I would just keep in mind it’s a very intimate class setting and there is no music or anything! I like it but if you want something more up beat I would not recommend. Personally I enjoy the calmness of the studio for a Sunday workout!
