With her help, I’m able to do the intermediate pose that she taught today too. She’s very clear and patient. I like her class a lot. I improved much faster attending her class. Studio is clean and neat. I highly recommend her class to everyone or one that is new to Hale Yoga.

see all reviewsIt was a class of 5 pax. Pace was comfortable for beginners like me. Instructor was patient and kind to help correct my form and encouraging to let us stretch to the limit we can do and comfortable with. Do note the class was taught in mandarin.
