    I love Bodymass. I returned today for the first time in a couple years and everyone was so welcoming, I love the staff and the workouts. The trainers focus on form which I find very helpful. They also play great music which is needed during those hard workouts.

    SWEAT - Lower Body & Core

    Great class! First time. The lights are kept low, similar to a spin class. Exercises move quickly, but the instructor demos everything. This was definitely more cardio than strength (lots of 20 second intervals basically jumping around) but I liked it. Lots of different fitness levels for fellow classmates. People were going at their own pace. Not intimidating. They provide towels!
