    Basics 1hr 10min

Grazia made me feel very good in my body. Usually I hate all the movements and talking over movements. If its choreo then teach me in one take and then lets run it 7x with breath. But this was all very basic and gentle movements that we then repeated with the breath, allowing you to push where you can.

    Level 1

This was the most different yoga class Ive taken but I enjoyed it. There was a lot of focus on technique, which was great if you were new or had been doing yoga for awhile. We used ropes on the walls to help us perfect poses and work on alignment, which was cool. My only complaint is that there was just one too many people in the class because when we did rope work on the wall some of us were on top of each other.

The instructor was so great! I told her I was interested in checking out CrossFit, and since it was just me and one other regular, she threw out the planned class and had us do the workout of the day (with a warmup and ab work). The WOD was a 5k on the erg, and she checked in with us the whole time, offering encouragement and ensuring our form styled good. Not an amenities-driven studio, just a good workout!

It was a great class but you need to think about how serious you are about leaning Krav Maga before you go. The instructor Mark was super nice and great at inspiring people. The class was relatively small so you could get enough attention. However it is more like a trail on ClassPass. If you are like me who likes to do various workout every month, Krav Maga might not be a good one to add to your routine. The class is not really for beginners, so in order to keep up with the rest you kind of have to sign up for the membership. I read the negative reviews about the promoters before I went, but luckily the one calling me was very polite. But if you only go once or twice a month using classpass, you will not get enough trainings. But try it out, you might be intrigued and sign up for the membership. Who knows :)
