    Pure Booty

Maya employs a very unique approach to strength training. This class is challenging but without sweating buckets. You do targeted work on your butt muscles. Moves you wouldn’t think to really do. You won’t sweat a lot but you’ll feel it. SORE.

    Adult Ballet

I grew up taking ballet, but I haven’t taken a class in 12 years, so I was a bit nervous I wouldn’t be able to keep up. Hayley was awesome, and she led us each step of the way. Prior ballet experience is super helpful

    BALLET (Open Level)

The class was good, certainly challenging, and Sarah the teacher was great! I just wish the class was even a little more tailored to beginners, or a beginners class was more readily available! I had fun though!

5 stars for the workout, but this was not easy and I do not recommend for a Zumba beginner or someone who cannot easily catch on without instruction. If you’re used to Zumba cues (claps, points, etc) you won’t get many here. This is more cardio hip hop (which is really fun, but not what I thought I was getting myself into) than Zumba - only a few songs with Latin influence. If you can catch on easily and don’t require much instruction, go for it. High energy instructor & fun music. If you require a more low key, guided exercise, find another location or see if they offer a beginner class. Perk for those who go often is that it seems like a tight community. I was the only first timer in a booked class and many knew each other and all the routines. Overall it was a nice workout and I’ve taken a class by someone else here before, so it’s a great spot, but I can’t say I’d go back for this class because I hate feeling lost during a workout.
