The studio was spacious and open.I felt welcomed and encouraged as I’m getting back into my fitness journey. Little things like this really make your experience so much better! I also love how they geared the class to be challenging but doable for all fitness levels. She was very informative in explaining the moves so I understood them easily. We were able to adjust the springs to make it easier or more difficult. Overall this studio was an amazing. It was judgement free and encouraging when I needed help. I felt amazing during and after my workout. It really was enjoyable. I will definitely be back to this studio! Highly recommend!!
