    1. Studio Classes/Hatha (60 min)

Love that Taryn continues to expand her own knowledge, and incorporates it into her teaching. This showcases commitment and dedication of the instructor to the yoga practice, and makes attending the class not just a way to practice but also an opportunity to learn alongside the instructor! I know that when I go to classes led by Taryn, I’ll always leave with new takeaways!

Lovely studio space that lets in so much light! The class follows true to its name with the first 30 minutes being stretching and breathing followed by a very calming 30 minutes of holding of relaxing positions. Anne was great - gave clear and gentle instructions. The studio provides everything you need from mats to bolsters, bands, blocks and blankets. Will definitely be coming back :)

Chakra Hatha Flow - In Studio

Hali was an amazing instructor. I did the Chakra Hatha Flow class and was nervous as I read the class was ideal for people with some experience which I don’t have much but my goal is to try different types of yoga and see which ones I like most. Studio was clean and lots of natural light. Although I can’t hold/do all the yoga poses, Hali expressed something along the lines of not pushing ourselves too much which made me feel very comfortable. Would definetly go back.
