I would suggest if you’re doing your first class to practice on your upper body strength, it was a great environment and would recommend to anybody, please be 10 minutes ahead of time because they aren’t kidding when they say they lock the door on time. The first time I went, I had to reschedule, and honestly was the best thing I ever did.
