She is encouraging, informative, and cares to make sure your form is correct. She offers modifications to make the class more or less challenging. Low pressure atmosphere where you can really grow and feel sure that you are just as entitled to the space as anyone else.

One of my favorite places to be. I am always looking forward to her classes lectures; teachings. Yoga path Palm beach is so beautiful and when weāre done, the koi pond is my go to favorite gaze and just keep the mind at peace.
