    MJ is one of my fave instructors in Sydney. A healthy mix of motivation but also understanding - offers the option to take on a challenge (more reps or more weight) but never pressures it. He’s knowledgeable and all about form - doesn’t want anyone to rush for the sake of getting more reps in - quality over quantity, which is so important for strength training.
