    Class is very good and the instructions for the floor part always very clear. For some reason I always struggle with Levi when it comes to his instructions for the treadmill. His prompts to increase/decrease speed and when to do so always seem to get lost now matter how much I concentrate on what he says. Still a great class though but he needs to be clearer when it comes to the treadmill prompts. I haven’t had this issue with the other instructors.

    The class so great and made me feel really strong and energised. The location is absolutely gorgeous. Dani was SO welcoming to be as a newcomer and treated me like I’ve known her my whole life.     Love it, lovely instructor keeping us focused, it kicked my ass but in a good way. I liked being able to pick my cardio weapon of choice, as I did myself in with one run so moved onto rowing. Boxing hiit is brilliant. Nice small classes too so you feel looked after. Thanks!
