    Probably the best boxing class I’ve been to in Sydney out of all the studios I’ve tried. Charlie was such a good instructor - attentive without being overbearing, clear instructions. Music was loud (great) and lights were dark (even better). Well laid out studio floor. Very quick transitions between bags and floor but every studio does that so wasn’t a surprise.

    MJ is one of my fave instructors in Sydney. A healthy mix of motivation but also understanding - offers the option to take on a challenge (more reps or more weight) but never pressures it. He’s knowledgeable and all about form - doesn’t want anyone to rush for the sake of getting more reps in - quality over quantity, which is so important for strength training.
